Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Dream Art Studio, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. As most of our services involve custom and handcrafted artworks, the following policy applies.
Custom Artwork Orders
All artworks created by Dream Art Studio are personalized and made to order based on client requirements. Due to the customized nature of our work:
Once an order is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Advance payments made for custom artwork are non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made before the artwork process begins.
If approved, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative or design charges.
Once the concept, sketch, or execution has started, cancellation will not be accepted.
Changes & Revisions
Minor revisions may be allowed based on the agreed scope of work.
Additional changes requested after approval may incur extra charges.
Wall Art & Large Projects
For wall art, murals, or large-scale projects:
Cancellation terms will be discussed and agreed upon before project initiation.
Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be chargeable.
Delays & Exceptions
Dream Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for delays beyond our control.
